This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.

In most cases, orders will be prepared and shipped within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. During holidays, product launches, promotional periods, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

2. Shipping Method

Once your order is ready, SEV MARCHAL will select the shipping carrier and shipping method based on the product type, destination, delivery conditions, and available logistics options.

We will choose a suitable courier or logistics provider to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

3. Shipping Fees

Free shipping is available for most products, except sticker products.

Please note:

  • Sticker category products are not eligible for free shipping

  • Shipping fees for sticker products will be shown at checkout

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for remote areas, special destinations, or special delivery requirements

  • Orders containing multiple items may be shipped together or separately depending on availability and logistics arrangements

4. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to Mainland China and selected international destinations, depending on product type and logistics availability.

Shipping availability may vary by country or region. If your shipping address is in a remote area or a location we cannot serve, we will contact you before shipment.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

After an order has been shipped, estimated delivery time depends on the destination and the carrier selected.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Mainland China: 2–7 business days

  • Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, and parts of Asia: 5–12 business days

  • Other international destinations: 7–20 business days

These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by weather, customs clearance, local courier operations, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Tracking Information

If tracking is available for your shipment, tracking information will be provided after the order has been dispatched.

Please note that for some international shipments, tracking updates may be delayed during transit. This is normal and depends on the carrier and destination country.

7. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other destination-related charges may apply depending on local laws and regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer or recipient. SEV MARCHAL is not responsible for any customs-related fees, delays, or charges imposed by the destination country.

8. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address, recipient name, phone number, and postal code are complete and accurate when placing your order.

SEV MARCHAL is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, returned packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

9. Delivery Issues and Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package upon delivery.

If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or shows signs of shipping-related issues, please contact us as soon as possible and provide relevant photos or videos so we can assist you.

10. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ship orders on time, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Holidays and peak shipping periods

  • Severe weather

  • Customs inspections or clearance delays

  • Flight or international transport changes

  • Local courier service interruptions

  • Force majeure or other unexpected events

11. Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple products, we may ship items separately depending on stock availability, packaging requirements, or logistics arrangements.

12. Pre-Order or Special Items

If a product is listed as pre-order, made-to-order, or part of a special production batch, the shipping timeline may differ from standard orders. In such cases, the expected shipping time will follow the product page description.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for purchasing from SEV MARCHAL.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms below.

1. No Returns or Exchanges for Non-Quality Reasons

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any non-quality-related reasons.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Ordering by mistake

  • Personal preference

  • No longer wanting the product

  • Incompatibility caused by unconfirmed vehicle details

  • Purchase made without checking fitment information

  • Lack of understanding of the product before purchase

  • Inability to install the product

  • Installation failure due to insufficient technical knowledge or experience

If a customer purchases a product without fully understanding the product specifications, compatibility requirements, installation method, or usage conditions, the order will not be eligible for return or exchange.

2. No Return or Exchange After Opening or Installation

Products that have been opened, installed, used, modified, damaged, or handled in a way that affects resale condition are not eligible for return or exchange.

Customers must inspect the product carefully before installation.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

Although all products are carefully inspected before shipment, if a product is found to have an initial defect, shipping damage, or a confirmed manufacturing problem, please contact us within 10 days of delivery and before installation.

After we review the returned item and confirm that the issue is a genuine product defect, we will provide a replacement.

For confirmed defective products reported within the required period, the return and exchange shipping costs will be covered by us. This approach is consistent with the return framework publicly stated by MARCHAL Japan, which limits customer-convenience returns and allows exchange for confirmed initial defects reported within 10 days before vehicle installation. 4. Conditions for Defect Claims

To request a defect review, the customer must contact us within 10 days after delivery and provide:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Clear photos or videos of the product

  • Description of the issue

  • Vehicle model information, if relevant

We may refuse a return or exchange if:

  • The product has already been installed

  • The product has been modified or disassembled

  • Damage was caused by improper installation

  • The issue was caused by incorrect wiring, misuse, or incompatible vehicle conditions

  • The customer cannot provide sufficient information for inspection

  • The request is made after the allowed inspection period

5. Fitment and Installation Responsibility

Many of our products are vehicle-specific or installation-sensitive.

It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm:

  • Vehicle model

  • Model code

  • Year

  • Market version

  • Electrical system conditions

  • Current modification status

  • Installation requirements

If you are unsure whether your vehicle is compatible, please contact us before placing an order.

Failure to confirm compatibility before purchase does not qualify as a product defect and does not make the order eligible for return or exchange.

6. Installation Knowledge and Technical Ability

Our products may require correct wiring, setup, and model-specific installation.

If a customer is unable to install the product due to lack of technical knowledge, lack of product understanding, lack of installation experience, or failure to follow the instructions, this is not considered a quality issue.

In such cases, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.

7. Shipping Charges for Refused or Undeliverable Orders

If an order is refused, unclaimed, returned due to incorrect address information, or returned for customer-related reasons, we reserve the right to charge the customer for related shipping, handling, packaging, and return processing costs.
